HONG KONG — The China Daily Hong Kong Edition received 11 prizes, including two champions and three first-runners-up, at the Hong Kong News Awards on Friday. 

This brings the newspaper’s total tally of awards to 124, with eight in 2023, 10 in 2022, and 11 in 2021.

The Newspaper Society of Hong Kong organized this year’s competition, which presented 78 prizes across categories that included reporting, writing, photography, design, and news video.
