On the other hand, Rahul Gandhi will hold a rally in the national capital's Ramlila Maidan. The Delhi Traffic Police has issued traffic advisories for the affected areas, where special arrangement will come into force in the afternoon. The high-stakes campaigning comes as the nation is bracing for the fifth phase of the general elections on May 20, when 695 candidates from eight states and Union Territories will contest in 49 seats.
