Highlights: Martel pitched 10 strikeouts, Willey had a big play fielding a grounder down the middle of the field, with a two-out tying run on third base to get the out at first. She also had 4 RBIs with a single and two doubles.

Oxbow 5, Blue Mountain 3

Key players: Oxbow — Anastase Bourgeois, Brooke Osgood, Abby Longto, Lily Lahaye Blue Mountain — Kaylee Hamlett, Felicity Sulham

Highlights: Bourgeois strikes out 11 from the mound. Longto started the bottom of the third with a walk and scores, Bourgeois would single scoring two runs. In the top of fourth, Hamlett hits a two-run homer and Sulham hits a solo homer to tie the game up. Lahaye’s sac fly to center scores one in the bottom of the fourth inning. Oxbow would score one more in the fifth.

Highlights: Graham and Hines cinched the win at Windham. After the six singles matches, the teams were tied at 3-3. The No. 2 doubles closes out a 8-6 win to take the match.

Boys Lacrosse

Hollis-Brookline 8, Hanover 7

Key players: Hollis-BrooklineHanover — Sam Bagatell (2 goals, 2 assists); John Scherer (4 goals); Schuyler Clapp (1 assist); JJ Bornstein (1 goal)

Highlights: Bears played well for most of the game but couldn’t survive a third quarter surge from the Cavaliers and a go-ahead goal with 4½ minutes left in the 4th.
