Property tax exemptions on agenda for Corinth’s special Town Meeting

CORINTH — Corinth is scheduled to hold a special Town Meeting on Tuesday, May 7 at 7 p.m. to consider property tax exemptions for four properties in town. 

The four properties include East Corinth Fire Department: Cookville Station, which is assessed for $23,800; Corinth Historical Society: Corliss Prescott Agricultural and Trade Museum, assessed for $49,700; EC Properties LTD Partnership, assessed for $37,500: Ball Fields; and Northeast Slopes Inc., assessed for $170,500.

The meeting will take place at the Town Hall in Cookeville, according to the warning for the meeting.
