Clear and free in Hartford

After spray painting

After spray painting "free" on a pile of hardwood, Jerry Bergen said "Yeah I see a free there" on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at his home in Hartford, Vt. Bergen cut up an ash and a maple tree that had blown down. He had no need for the wood since he heats with oil, and wanted to pass it on to someone who could use it.
