As if it isn't hard enough to get yourself to that 7 a.m. yoga class, imagine arriving to find a lone, naked man in downward-facing dog.
At a Planet Fitness in Plaistow, NH, a 34-year-old man named Eric Stagno thought he could get buff while...in the buff. Stagno put on a show for fellow-gym members by stripping down for a little nude yoga session in one of the gym's extremely public studios. A Planet Fitness staff member called the police, who arrived to find Stagno completely naked in "a yoga position" and reflected infinitely in the mirrored studio.
His excuse? As police escorted Stagno from the building, he cited Planet Fitness's slogan, telling on-lookers he thought Planet Fitness was a "judgement free zone."
NECN reports that Stagno was charged with indecent exposure, lewdness, and disorderly conduct. Nice try though, buddy.
